Client Services Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated Insurance Account Representative to help take our agency to the next level. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in fostering ongoing sales and renewals.
Job Description:- Help create competitive quotes for renewals and policy updates.
- Update policy changes on customer accounts and inform clients according to NAIC regulations.
- Answer policy or billing questions, ensuring complete understanding of coverage and rate adjustments.
- Support clients reporting claims by gathering documentation needed for processing.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active insurance license in the state or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Relevant insurance experience or willingness to learn and grow with our agency.
