Overview: CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $23/hour - $30.76/hour, with the potential for uncapped bonuses. Additionally, employees can take advantage of our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions.

Job Description: As a Licensed Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients via warm leads to educate, provide quotes, and sell various insurance products. Your primary goal will be to demonstrate the advantages of our products and services while overcoming objections to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Quote and sell automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance products
• Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales via phone or email
• Attend required training, meetings, one-on-ones, and continued education requirements to maintain an active property casualty license
• Demonstrate the benefits of our products and services while overcoming objections to purchase

Requirements:
• Currently possess an active Property and Casualty Producers License
• Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes to clients
• Ability to prioritize sales opportunities based on ICP on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment: This is a primarily home-based role, requiring 80% of your time (4+ days per week) to be spent working from home, proximate to one of our office locations.
