Quality Assurance RN Job Description

At Providence, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance RN to join our team. As a Quality Assurance RN, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients. This includes conducting regular audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • 5 years of clinical experience
  • 5 years of hospital experience in a progressively responsible position
