Job Title: Room Attendant

Reports To: Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Room Attendant at Fairfield Inn & Suites E. Dublin Granville Rd Columbus/New Albany, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure guest rooms are spotless and cozy, meeting our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Vacuum, dust, and clean using the best tools and products to maintain a fresh and inviting environment.
  • Make beds, wash linens, and rearrange furniture to keep rooms looking their best.
  • Stock guest supplies and ensure everything is ready for the next arrival.
  • Work closely with the front desk and other team members to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Pitch in with laundry shifts and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • A team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love of cleanliness and organization.
  • High School Diploma (or GED) preferred, but not required.
  • The ability to stay active and on your feet while lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds.
