About the Role

This Administrative Assistant position is responsible for providing administrative support services to an organizational unit, performing various administrative duties, and assisting in budget preparation and control activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services to an organizational unit.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including word processing, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and answering phones.
  • May assist in budget preparation and control activities.
  • May administer various programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
Requirements
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of office, administrative, clerical, word processing, or related experience.
  • Must have an advanced knowledge of departmental functions, banking, and/or departmental and administrative processes and procedures.
  • Requires word processing, computer, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, customer relations, and communications skills, both verbal and written.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $23-$28 annually, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, health savings and flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
