Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high levels of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A skilled understanding of repairing guitars and stringed instruments.
  • Strong technical skills, including ability to work with various types of equipment and tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
