The Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This role will involve processing customer invoices and payments, managing internal AR inbox, preparing reconciliations, and creating journal entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end review and processing of customer invoices and payments in the Accounting system, bank portals, and DailyPay's internal system.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal departments on collections of aged invoices and escalate issues to the Senior Accountant as needed.
  • Manage internal AR inbox dedicated for client-facing and internal questions and issues.
  • Prepare reconciliations and investigate variances.
  • Create journal entries in the Accounting system and credit memos.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of prior professional Accounts Receivable experience in private industry and/or public accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Natural problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

DailyPay provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $69,000 - $90,000 USD based on location.
