Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Target. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve guest engagement
  • Collaborate with store teams to maintain visual standards and ensure a cohesive shopping environment
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and visual merchandising techniques to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
