Rehab America is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Rehabilitation Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping patients regain independence and functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants, technicians, and students
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A Doctorate or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Tennessee
  • At least one year of experience practicing occupational therapy in a hospital or home health setting
