Job Summary

Adventist HealthCare Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial examinations and evaluations to establish a diagnosis and plan of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of rehab aides, office assistants, and volunteers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • 1 year of home health experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and agency insurance requirements.
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Maryland License.
Work Schedule

Minimum requirement of one weekend day/week; 2 days/month.
