Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the right parts on time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers over the telephone, in the store, or in the dealer's shop.
  • Look up parts applications in catalogs or POS systems and process orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist and advise customers on how to best meet their needs, often dealing with technical questions and problems.
  • Serve as a resource for advice to other store personnel and participate in training as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing efficient and professional service.
  • Functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced setting and be able to work calmly under pressure.
Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
