Salary:

The estimated hourly base pay for this position is $16-$18, with actual compensation based on job-related skills, experience, education, or training, and location.

Job Description:

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel, hospital, or casino, as well as local areas, in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner using safe driving practices. You will also assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up during arrival and departure, and maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write standard English language
• Ability to perform operations using units of American money
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to vehicle leasing contract requirements

The work schedule for this position includes weekdays, weekends, some holidays, and all shifts.
