Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Franklin D. Azar & Associates, PC. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent prioritization and multitasking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain software and hardware systems, ensuring seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
  • Provide support for software, hardware, and network systems, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Configure and deploy desktop and laptop computers across the organization, maintaining and following all departmental policies and procedural documents.
  • Perform installations and upgrades on both servers and desktop hardware, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support copying, scanning, and cost recovery systems across all departments, administering and maintaining networking and server infrastructure.
  • Oversee data backup systems, ensuring secure and reliable data storage, and maintain hardware inventory systems and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures, administering mobility hardware management software to manage mobile devices.
  • Promote a professional image of the firm while interacting with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and systems, collaborating effectively with colleagues at the assigned work location.
  • Ensure consistent and timely attendance to meet operational demands, ensuring responsibilities are adequately covered in cases of absence.
  • Travel to remote office locations as needed to provide IT support, performing occasional after-hours maintenance, upgrades, or repairs as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration, with expertise in hardware, software, and network management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware infrastructure.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with experience with mobility hardware management, including mobile devices and iPhones.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel to remote offices and perform after-hours work when necessary, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and promote professionalism at all times.
