About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our thriving landscape business.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking. Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and industry trends. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building: Build and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about our services. Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships, identify opportunities for upselling, and gather feedback.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Create engaging content for marketing collateral, website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels. Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the landscape or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with landscaping principles, terminology, and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
