Salary

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $217,300 - $248,000 for Director, Technical Program Management in Illinois (Hybrid On-Site).

About the Role

We're looking for someone who has strong technical aptitude, experience driving large scale enterprise initiatives with the ability to influence leaders as well as cross functional teams that include engineers, product managers and architects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support programs that require deep involvement with Card technologies and data.
  • Pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
  • At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
