Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a talented and empathetic individual to join our Customer Service team at The Vermont Country Store. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering phone calls, and assisting with placing orders from our catalog or online store.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer phone calls to assist with placing orders
• Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members

Requirements:
• Must be a Vermont resident
• Must have an internet speed of at least 30mbps for remote work
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
