Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Manager to join our team at Girl Scouts of Central Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing grant and foundation funding to support the organization's mission and strategic priorities.

The Grants Manager will work closely with the membership, program, property, and development teams to identify funding priorities, research available funding opportunities, and pursue those opportunities via grant proposals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking grant activity, reporting progress to donors, and nurturing donor relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Girl Scouts of Central Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and write grant proposals to secure funding for Girl Scouts of Central Texas programs and initiatives
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities with foundations, corporations, and government agencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Track and report grant activity and progress to donors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify funding priorities and develop grant proposals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in fund development and/or grant administration
  • Experience with GrantHub, Salesforce, and Raiser's Edge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
