Job Overview:
Temple University Health System is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our team. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support under the direction of Registered Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete patient assessments and provide accurate documentation
- Lead and co-lead therapeutic activities to promote patient well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field (Required)
- 1 Year experience in direct patient care with Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Temple University Health System offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
