Job Summary: The Sales Associate plays a critical role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and making product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and completing visual merchandising tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform various sales-related tasks, including processing sales transactions, handling customer complaints, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
