Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management processes and methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, and meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project plans, assignments, and work efforts on a daily basis.
  • Evaluate resource needs and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues.
  • Track key project milestones and adjust project plans as needed.
  • Lead projects from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (2-3).
  • Develop schedules using MS Project.
  • Align with PMO Framework.
  • Required education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job-related work experience, or 2 years of experience plus an associate's degree.
  • Required work experience: 3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
