We are seeking a talented Patient Care Professional to join our team at the Cocoa Outpatient Center. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and individualized care to our patients.
Job DescriptionThe Patient Care Professional will work under the direction of registered nurses and providers to provide direct nursing care to assigned patients. Key responsibilities include observing and reporting medical information, recording patient data, instructing patients on their treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training prior to completion of orientation
