Behavioral Therapist for Children with Autism

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism at Cross River Therapy.
We are seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
RBTs will implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to design and supervise individualized treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality care.
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions
- Implementing skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis
- Completing weekly program writing and maintaining client records
- Collaborating with BCBA/BACB supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
- Driver's license required
- Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
