Job Title: Direct Support Professional Residential
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at Warminster Place Llc. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of individuals with intellectual disabilities in the residential setting and out in the community.
* Perform activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes.
* Ensure daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met.
* Assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills.
* Complete data collection in accordance with person-centered plans.
* Respond quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances.
Requirements:
* Active and up-to-date driver's license and insurance.
* High school diploma, GED, or one year of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer's, dementia, special education, etc.
* Valid driver's license, liability auto insurance, and social security card.
* Must pass a criminal background investigation.
* Must be fully vaccinated or screened for immunization.

Education:
* High school or equivalent (required).
Experience:
* DSP/PCA/CNA: one year of experience.
License/Certification:
* Driver's license (required).
CPR certification (preferred).
