Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.


Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with hiring practices, managing employee relations, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Ensuring timely government compliance in the areas of wage and hour, EEO/AA, and USCIS
  • Coordinating maintenance of personnel files
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation and assist with the onboarding process

The Human Resources Generalist will also be responsible for resolving issues related to benefits and special incentive programs, administering leave of absence policies, and presenting company benefit programs to new hires.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an HR role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred

You should have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
