Senior Caregiver

Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents in long-term care facilities. • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, transferring, and toilet hygiene.
• Provide support in areas such as activities, dietary, housekeeping, and laundry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• MN CNA certification required within 120 days of hire.
• Ability to work 48-71 hours every 2 weeks.
• Must be 16 years of age.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $37,445 - $49,696 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and hourly rates of $18.25 - $24.00 per hour.
