Job Overview

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Chief Security Strategist to lead the implementation of our organization's overall security architecture.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of our security architecture, developing security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, recommending and implementing security solutions to protect against threats, and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect our organization's assets and data
• Develop and maintain up-to-date security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats
• Recommend and implement effective security solutions to mitigate identified risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into systems and applications

Requirements

• Prior experience leading the security program for a large, multi-location environment
• Experience leading project teams and managing complex security projects
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry standards

• A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience
