Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of pawned and sold items in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Clean and maintain the sales floor to attract customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market values, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
