LRS Consulting Services is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team in Minneapolis, Dallas, Chicago, and Kansas City. Our aggressive growth plans have created an exciting opportunity for the right salesperson to chart their course and create their success.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus a rewarding commission plan. We offer a hybrid work model with work-from-home (WFH) options on Monday and Friday.

Account Executives serve as the primary face-to-face contact for key accounts in the greater Minneapolis, Dallas, Chicago, and Kansas City areas. These accounts will include both prospects and existing customers. Your goal will be to secure the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed your sales plan goal
  • Learn and execute LRS' sales methodology
  • Create a pipeline of service opportunities
  • Stay current on IT and Engineering needs
  • Develop relationships with new and potential clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of staff augmentation sales experience for enterprise-level companies
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the USA

Organization Structure and Interfaces:

You will be part of a team that includes Account Executives, Recruiters, and Office Administrators, and will report to the area branch manager.

Salary range: $100k -150k+ total compensation. This salary range represents base salary, draw, and on-target earnings in the first year. The base salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The total compensation will vary depending on performance and has the potential for substantially more than the range posted.
