Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving top-line revenue by maintaining and exceeding budgeted occupancy, average daily census, and rate per unit revenue targets.
  • Oversight of internal and external marketing efforts, direct selling, lead generation, and overall sales performance for the community.
  • Personally accountable for direct selling, achieving quotas/ratios, and maintaining personal lead data base.
  • To support sales initiatives and tours on weekends, this position requires working on weekends as directed by the ED and senior leadership team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid driver's license in the state of residence (and liability insurance) to use a personal vehicle for business development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Senior Living sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in terms of occupancy and business development.
