Job Overview:

Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our behavioral health care team in the Natick, MA area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and closely monitor for efficacy and potential side effects.
  • Provide empathetic emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and educational workshops on topics related to mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care, including discharge planning and aftercare support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • At least one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient environment.
  • Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA).
Work Environment:
  • Day, night, and mid-shift schedules available.

$60,000 to $120,000 per year.
