Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, colleagues, vendors, and community members.
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality guidelines as well as company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Promote sales growth by effectively managing ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages, continuously monitoring product levels, and re-stocking as needed.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs to drive sales.
  • Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy and distribute them in an orderly manner throughout the store.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
