Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead our team in managing multiple phases of high-end residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients and teams to develop and advance projects through various stages, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage multiple active projects, balance client expectations, and track project hours and billing.
  • Design Development: Support the design development process by collaborating with clients, principals, and team members to ensure cohesive and effective project outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project specifications, create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations to document project progress and ensure compliance.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, helping them develop their skills and expertise in project management and design development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-10 years of post-bachelors degree architecture firm experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D modeling software.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication of design vision and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with clients, principals, and team members.
