Caregiver for Homebound Individuals

At Right at Home, we strive to provide exceptional in-home care and assistance to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team.
About the Job:
We offer a unique opportunity to improve the quality of life for our clients, who require assistance with daily living activities. As a caregiver, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household chores
- Monitor and administer medication reminders, as needed
- Support clients with mobility issues, assisting with transfers and ambulation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year experience in caregiving or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
