You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems, ensuring facilities are tidy and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and trash collection.
  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, and painting.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, patching holes, and inspecting equipment.
  • Maintain offices and warehouse cleanliness, including the bathroom and cafeteria.
  • Collaborate with workers and professionals during renovations.
  • Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues.

Requirements:

  • 2 years proven experience as a maintenance worker.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7AM to 5PM (may vary as needed).

Pay Rate:

$17/hr to $19/hr (commensurate with experience).
