Job Description:

Haim ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team in providing treatment for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their goals and objectives
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including positive reinforcement techniques and functional analysis, to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including families, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection, goal setting, and treatment implementation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and research-based methodologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility for certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
