At Passage Health, we're revolutionizing the $460B autism care market with our modern electronic medical record (EMR) software. As an early sales hire, you'll play a critical role in growing our customer base and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

You will work closely with our CEO to expand our customer base, drive revenue growth, and establish trusted relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Conducting in-depth research to understand prospects' needs, pain points, and existing software solutions
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, industry conferences, and referrals
  • Leading product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on the benefits and features of our software solutions
  • Developing and delivering compelling sales proposals, tailored to each prospect's specific requirements
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines and customer expectations
  • Collaborating with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding and ongoing support
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using our CRM system
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of full cycle sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in B2B software or technology sales
  • Concise, persuasive, and authentic communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels
  • An ownership mindset, with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Superb judgment and integrity
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
