Medical Professional for Long Term Care Travel Nursing Position

Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention and health promotion
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have experience in Long Term Care and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
