Tennis Coach

Job Summary

The Tennis Coach at Life Time is responsible for teaching private and group tennis lessons, implementing the Play Learn Love and SMART methodology, and growing their book and personal revenue to meet department financial goals. Providing exceptional member-centric customer service is essential to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs to ensure students progress and maintain a positive Net Promoter Score
• Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall tennis game
• Engage members in programs, tournaments, and special events, utilizing available marketing support and tools
• Develop a positive image for Life Time Tennis in the community through involvement with schools, community education programs, charities, and fundraisers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of experience teaching tennis lessons
• USTPA and/or PTR Certification
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
