AP/AR Specialist Role Overview

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a highly skilled AP/AR Specialist to join our team in Niles, MI.

About the Job

  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, implementing effective strategies to minimize delinquencies.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
