  • Ensure projects are executed in alignment with organizational security goals and IAM standards.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners, to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Security projects.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts, including identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access management technologies.
  • PMP, CISSP, or similar project management and security certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
