Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new client business and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and leads through research and outreach efforts
- Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process
- Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information
We offer a competitive base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, as well as a generous commission plan that rewards top performers. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
