BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Belmont, Massachusetts.

As a home health Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities.

• Making visits to clients in Senior Living Communities
• Performing diagnostic tests and measurements
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Continuously assessing and revising care plans
• Educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities

• $80,000 per year (estimated salary based on national averages)
