  • You will supervise patient care to ensure safe, economical, and efficient delivery, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Only qualified personnel will be hired under your supervision, with licensure verification, certification, and credentialing ensured prior to employment and annually thereafter.
  • You will assist with staff recruitment to maintain adequate staffing levels.

Requirements

  • Registered nurse with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • A current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation, are necessary.
  • At least 3 years of nursing experience, with 24 months as a RN in home health services, is required.
