We're seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinic staff, you'll be responsible for leading the team to deliver excellent patient care while fostering a positive and empowering workplace environment.

Responsibilities

">

You will:

  • ">
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care, promoting behaviors, actions, and attitudes that align with our company values;">
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction;">
  • Maintain accurate patient charts and forward them as necessary on a daily basis;">
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians;">
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements;">
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions;">
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses;">
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care;">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice;">
  • Masters Degree in Nursing;">
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment;">
  • Knowledge of clinical protocols and healthcare regulations;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
