Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a high-level knowledge of our platforms to identify and prioritize sales opportunities through direct prospecting and lead follow.
  • Maintain a call volume of 40-50 calls per day to qualify key leads and create pipeline.
  • Prospect into targeted lists by building relationships to develop new sales opportunities from cold or inactive accounts.
  • Update and maintain Sales database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives.
  • Conduct concentrated marketing campaigns and forward-thinking customer outreach.
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Expand knowledge of the restoration industry as well as the market position of the company.
  • Document all sales activity in Salesforce and meet daily key performance indicators.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and a hard worker.
  • Excellent conversational and listening skills, with a clear and precise speaker and professional phone presence.
  • Excellent technology skills and research skills, with the ability to be an excellent googler.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree a plus.
