We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our whey permeate/protein dryer and Custom Dryer operations in Lake Norden, SD.

This is a regular full-time position with Monday-Friday 8am-5pm shifts, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of manufacturing experience, including three years of supervisory experience. Experience with whey permeate/protein dryer and Custom Dryer equipment is preferred, but not required.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, performing tasks related to sanitation, and working directly with the supervisor and quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for inspecting equipment, ensuring 'In Process' targets are met, and troubleshooting production issues. A high level of organizational and communication skills is essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, be able to analyze problems, and provide solutions. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with various departments to achieve operational excellence.
