Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in delivering specialized speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs, and develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address specific communication challenges.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to monitor and support student progress, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student achievements.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in speech-language pathology, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active Arizona State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
