Job OverviewNuvance Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Lead position within our Surgical Oncology department. **Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and personnel
* Monitor KPIs and develop targeted improvement plans to optimize patient outcomes and employee satisfaction
* Collaborate with Practice Management to address workflow inefficiencies and implement corrective action plans
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
* Work closely with physicians and advanced practitioners to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

**Requirements**

* Valid RN License (CT or NY based on Practice Location)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

**Working Conditions**

Manual: Some manual skills/motor coordination & finger dexterity
Occupational: Some occupational risk
Physical Effort: Medium to Heavy effort. May exert up to 35 lbs. force
Physical Environment: Generally pleasant working conditions
