Physical Therapy Clinic Director Position

RET Physical Therapy & Healthcare Specialists seeks an experienced and results-driven Clinic Director to lead our outpatient clinics. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and develop relationships with physicians to bring in new patients.

As a full-time Clinic Director, you will enjoy a competitive salary between $90,000-$110,000 annually, a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, group life, LTD, STD insurances, financial assistance for catastrophic life events, and wellness programs.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and monitor budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, oversee maintenance of the facility
- Develop relationships with key physicians and market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice
- Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and prioritize the best interest of patients and staff
- Terminal licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
- Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in applicable state of employment
- Three plus years' experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
- Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
