Job Summary

Brilliant Earth is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers through the sales process, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, creating personalized experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads, providing a luxury customer experience and achieving individual revenue targets.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable and one-on-one customer experience.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers, providing exceptional customer service and driving repeat business.
  • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
  • Act as a brand advocate, sharing Brilliant Earth's mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekend days, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
